To order The Encyclopedia
of Medical Breakthroughs as a PDF document from our secure
(SSL) server, click on the ORDER E-BOOK button on either the left
or bottom Navigation Bar, and fill out the credit card Order Form. 
The Following Are
Detailed Shopping Cart Instructions
(which you won’t need if you’re computer savvy)
- Click the "BUY NOW" button. From this point on, you
are shopping on SECURE PAGES ("SSL" - Secure Socket
Layer).
- You arrive at the SHOPPING CART CONTENTS page. Shopping
Cart contents are displayed as one Encyclopedia of Medical
Breakthroughs at
a sale price of USD $19.95. (The "ORDER NOW" button will
continue with the order; the "ERASE ORDER" button will terminate
the
order.)
- Press the "ORDER NOW" button.
- You arrive at the BILLING INFORMATION page. Enter your
personal information. All fields colored RED must be filled
in. For NON-USA
Residents: in the "STATE" field, choose "OTHER
COUNTRY" from
the drop-down menu. Remember, "NAME ON CARD" is
your name, EXACTLY the way it appears on your credit card.
- After all fields are filled in, click on the "PROCEED"
button at the bottom of the page.
- You arrive at "REVIEW YOUR ORDER" page. This
is a summary of your purchase and indicates the exact amount
to be
charged to your credit card.
- Press the "FINALIZE ORDER" button. If your credit
card is approved and your information is correct, you will get
a "Processing ... Please Standby" with an authorization
number underneath.
- Below it says, "CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD YOUR eBOOK." The
word "HERE" is hyperlinked. If you simply "click" on
the word "HERE," it will cause The Enclyclopedia
Of Medical Breakthroughs to load in your Browser window
- assuming you have the Acrobat Reader. However
if you RIGHT-CLICK on the word "HERE" and choose "Save
Target As...," it will
allow you to save The Encyclopedia Of Medical Breakthroughs to
the folder of your choice on your computer. (Mac Users -
CTRL-Click
on the word "HERE" to
save The Encyclopedia to your hard drive).
- Note that if you forget to right-click, the Acrobat window
opens in a new window, still leaving the "HERE" link
on the previous window available for you to right-click
on (or CTRL-Click for Mac users).
